HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
After deciding the product(s), & quantity, simply click the yellow “Add to Cart” button that can be found at the top of each page below product title. Then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT / COMPLETE MY ORDER?
To complete your order you need to press “CHECK OUT” at the bottom of your cart page. Then enter your email and shipping address, we need them so that your payment will go through the 256-encrypted payments processor and will be accepted.The next step is choosing shipping, which is free for most products, then at the end choose the convenient payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. For all methods you automatically get Buyer’s Protection, which means: Full Refund if you did not receive your order or Full or Partial Refund if your received order is not as it was described when you bought it.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT COUPON / PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE TO GET THE DISCOUNT?
To use your coupon you need to add a product to cart and type or paste the coupon in the box named “Discount”. After clicking “Apply” you will get the new price displayed at the bottom of the page.

HOW TO UPDATE AN ORDER IN THE CART?
If you are changing the quantity while on the cart page you need to press “Update” at the bottom of the page to see the changed price.

IS THE WEBSITE SAFE, HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?
We value our reputation and we have more than 700 customers from more than 30 different countries. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as safe and as pleasant as it should be. We process all the payments through PayPal and Stripe. This gives you protection as a buyer. Read more.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 6 hours of placing the order. Sometimes the order is processed within minutes and if you can't reach us then it's entirely buyer's responsability if the package doesn't reach buyer's house when the address was entered incorrectly. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, JCB, Master Card, Discover) Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE STORE? 
Customers will be billed in USD. For our international friends your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your total with the current conversion rates applicable in your country of purchase.

SHIPPING FAQS

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to our shipping department which takes 1-2 working days to process. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us at sales@livestilo.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

HOW LONG DO I WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?
Our handling time takes 10 minutes - 3 days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Please do note as well that customs inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. If you haven't received a number yet, please contact us and we will send it to you. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible if the customer enters wrong address or if the package gets stolen when delivered to inbox.
